Therapy is an investment in your well-being, and I strive to make it as accessible and transparent as possible. My practice uses a Community Care Fee Model that balances affordability with the sustainability of my work. You are invited to select the tier that best reflects your current financial situation. No documentation is required—your honest assessment helps keep care accessible for those who need it most.

Fee Tiers

Tier 1 - Supported Rate

Individual therapy: $60

Couples/premarital therapy: $85

For clients experiencing financial hardship, systemic barriers, or limited income. A small number of spots are available at this tier.

Tier 2 - Community Rate

Individual therapy: $105

Couples/premarital therapy: $130

For clients who can meet basic needs but have limited financial flexibility due to debt, caregiving responsibilities, or inconsistent income. A limited number of spots are available at this tier.

Tier 3 - Standard/Sustained Rate

Individual therapy: $145

Couples/premarital therapy: $170

For clients with steady income, financial comfort, and discretionary spending. This rate reflects the full cost of therapy and helps subsidize lower-fee options.

Choosing a Fee Tier

During our initial consultation call, we can discuss what options are available. As part of your intake paperwork, you will fill out an agreement which allows you to select your preferred tier and adhere to the policies in place. Note that there is limited availability for the reduced fee options.

When choosing a tier, consider the highest tier you can sustainably afford without causing financial strain. This trust-based model supports fair access to therapy across the community while ensuring long-term practice viability.

Insurance

Since the Community Care Fee Model is offered in lieu of insurance, I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. See more information on my FAQs page.
